(Apologies to Hostess for using the term Ho-Ho, but that is the only way to describe what I’m about to share with you!)

As a kid, Ho-Ho’s were my favorite. Forget Twinkies or Zingers or the cupcakes – Ho-Ho’s was it for me. The silver foil (remember when they came wrapped in aluminum foil like paper, and you could smooth it all the way out?) wrapping held a yummy cake and creme treat. Then, you’d try ever so slowly to unroll the Ho-Ho, trying not to break the cake! Or you could just bite right into it!

Well, if you thought those days of eating Ho-Ho’s are gone since you’re now gluten free, I have great news for you. Shabtai Gourmet makes an amazing product called Yiddles. Yiddles are this great devils food chocolate sponge cake with white creme inside, all rolled up and covered in dark chocolate. See – a gluten free Ho-Ho! Shabtai Gourmet sent me two compimentary boxes of these to sample and I had to put one away in the freezer after the first day, as the other box was close to being gone. They are that good!
