Shabtai Gourmet Gluten-Free Bakery has some very delicious gluten-free snack cakes and recently won Best New Kosher for Passover Product at Kosherfest’s 2010 New Product Competition.

I first tried their Ring Ting Cupcakes at my local health food store and have seen their products at a local grocery store in my area. I was amazed at how delicious they were! The product that won the competition was their Gluten-Free Yidels Mini Swiss Chocolate Rolls.
