Gluten Free Brownie Bites
These Brownie Bites were baked in cupcake liners. This was a very clever idea; they look like cupcakes and taste like brownies. This makes them perfect for a gathering. Perfect finger food. No need for plates. My kids took it to school for snack. The brownies did not break apart. A thumbs up from my kids!
They were very chewy in consistency and do Brownies justice. They go well with milk!

Rainbow Cookies
A colorful treat. My kids liked these rainbow cookies. Colorful sponge like layers with raspberry jam in between each layer and then covered by chocolate. A festive looking cookie would be great for any gathering.

Lady Fingers
Light and fluffy cookies. My kids enjoyed these cookies. They dipped them in milk. Took the cookies for snack at school . The cookies had the perfect amount of sugar in them. This was a simple but tasty cookies.

Lace Cookies
Two nut wafer cookies with dark chocolate in between them. This cookie had a nice crunch to it. I enjoyed them with my tea. It fulfilled my need for something sweet and crunchy.

Ring Tings
This was a great treat. They reminded me of Twinkies, those cream filled rolls of goodness, I used to have growing up!

Swiss Chocolate Roll
A chocolate roll filled with cream. Another big Twinkle! Looks like a Log Cake. The layers were very soft and delicious.

Meltaway Cookies
This is the perfect name for these cookies. They really melt in your mouth. Great for travel and delicious in the tummy. I enjoyed these cookies for that they had chocolate chips and pecans in them.
